Infrastructure Facilities

Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell of the Al Azhar College grooms and guides the students in their search for a good career. The Training & Placement Cell is equipped with all the required facilities for the recruitment process such as seminar halls, video conferencing facilities, interview rooms and Computers with Internet facilities to conduct best recruitments.

Student Counsellor

As students join college at a crucial age, we understand that alongside a vibrant campus atmosphere, they might also require equally strong mental support. Our in-house counselor is always a phone call / visit away for anytime they need someone to talk to

Anti Ragging Cell

Ragging is strictly prohibited in this institution as per Government order. Names of those indulging in ragging will be instantly removed from the roll and further action will be taken as per Government Order. An anti-ragging committee has been constituted to curb the menace of ragging. This committee monitors and preserves a culture of ragging free environment in the college premises.

Arts Fests

College fests and activities provide opportunities to interact with your peers and form new connections. While organizing any event, students stumble upon new people and build their network. Most of these activities are group-oriented due to which students get to know about people from different cultural backgrounds and interests. These healthy interactions not only enhance interpersonal and communication skills of students but also prepare them for the real world.

Physical Education and Sports is one of the important yardsticks and also an integral part of education. Education acts as well as the provision of resources for the nation and in the construction of evaluation systems in education developments and it promotes the development of physical education in a country. Physical Education is the only profession where you talk as well as play / perform. Al-Azhar Festival

Al-Azhar Festival is a venue to celebrate as well as experience the best of arts, science and culture. The festival is an amalgamation of fun, exhibition of talents as well as giving back to the community. Each fest is built to be a memorable occasion. With the festival being open to the public, it’s also a platform for all of Thodupuzha to come together, connect and experience the wonders our student community has to offer.

Hostel

The institution has hostels for girls and boys within the campus

Food items are prepared and served hygienically. The hostel is facilitated with Wi-Fi facility, indoor games, gym etc. 24 x 7 ambulance service is available for the needy apart from a dispensary which functions during the evening. In addition, other facilities work mentioned includes treated hygienic water, stationeries, Power backup etc. Residential wardens are allotted with individual rooms in the respective hostels

The college has its own set of transportation system allowing day scholars to comfortably reach the college from Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam, Perumbavoor, Aluva, Ernakulam, Thiruvankulam, Erattupetta, Kanjirappilly, Vannapuram, Udumbannoor

With its modern collection of print and e-resources as well as the availability of full time WiFi, libraries offer a rich learning experience outside of classrooms. At Al-Azhar TTI, the library offers 5400 books and 3 referred journals

Recreational Facilities, Gym etc

Gymnasium hall, Reading room, indoor games such as Shuttle, Carom, Chess, are available in the activity block. TV facility is available in the hostels.

MP HALL

The multipurpose hall has been designed to seat 200 people. With sound and lighting systems, it has acoustically treated walls and ceilings. It is technologically integrated and easily maintained.

Curriculum Laboratory

As future educators, students should have great experience with different subject matters. The lab offers science and maths kit, maps, globes, chemicals and other materials necessary for an indepth knowledge of the subject matter
